My family and I were in the area, and we discovered this allergen-free bakery and knew we had to check it out. At first, I thought there was no way that everything there was safe for me, but it was! It was unreal how I was able to pick out anything I wanted from a bakery! I bought the campfire cupcake, chocolate espresso biscotti, and tripe chocolate chunk oatmeal cookie and said that I would save some for when I returned home, but I ate all three right at the bakery! I had to go back to get second servings, so I got the moltten caramel brownie (yum!), the cinnamon roll, molasses oat roll, and Italian herb flatbread. Everything was so delicious and the perfect amount of sweetness compared to some other allergy-free bakeries. On a last note, I was impressed by their stringent allergy control; they didn't allow any outside food. I would highly recommend Starry Lane Bakery!

What steps do you take to accommodate people with food allergies?
We make sure that our customers come in without outside food so that the entire facility is top 10 allergy-friendly. We also make sure that the facilities we get ingredients from are top 10 allergy-friendly. If someone is allergic to something in our bakery, we wash our hands and make sure to change gloves.
