About Us

Food Allergy Research and Education (FARE) is the world’s largest food allergy advocacy group. The Teen Advisory Group (TAG) is FARE’s teen support group that creates projects (just like this website!) to support the food allergy community. We, Sakura Murase and Ashley Shinohara, are the TAG leaders for this project. Our team members who have helped us accomplish our vision are Alexandra Porio, Audrey Donovan, Caroline Iversen, Catherine McCraw, Diya Chabria, Emily Whitney, Hannah Smelcer, Ishita Bansal, Jacqueline See-Tho, James Kocis, Jax B, Kana Murase, Kayla Archey, Niara Lo, Sashrika S, Stella Siegel, Zoie Gregory, and others.

 

EatWithoutWorry’s goal is to make dining out safer and easier for people with food allergies. To achieve this, we provide reviews and descriptions of restaurants’ food allergy services, along with transcripts of interviews with chefs about the precautions they take for guests with food allergies. We also aim to promote food allergy–friendly restaurants and give the food allergy community a place to share their own experiences and reviews in the comments section under each restaurant post.
