Allergy Voyage is a concierge service that hosts menus for users with food allergies to view, helping them feel safer and confident when dining. After creating a free account on our platform, you can view partnered restaurants, filter menus based on the top nine food allergens, save menu information for faster review, and soon, connect with dietitians at partnered establishments. We see a future where people with food allergies are able to dine safely at any restaurant with confidence and security. Our vision encompasses an interconnected community that crosses cultures, allowing users to enjoy the experience of food despite the dietary restrictions they might have.

Food provides a human connection, allowing for communication across boundaries. People with food allergies should not be excluded from this conversation.

About the Founder: Tristan Tierce

Tristan Tierce graduated from Barrett The Honors College at Arizona State University in the Spring of 2024 after pursuing concurrent degrees in Art Studies and Business Entrepreneurship. Tristan founded Allergy Voyage in 2021 after his severe food allergies prevented him from dining in a foreign restaurant. Tierce has struggled with Eosinophilic Esophagitis his entire life, pushing him to create a service that aims to help others with similar dietary restrictions.
